Blog #1: Welcome Athletes

Welcome to the first blog of Session 41 LLC, a personal training company local to Naples, Florida and designed to guide you to health and fitness success. As a value conscious and results oriented business, we’d like to take a different approach to personal training. Whether you are a certified training maniac, recreational weightlifter, or someone that just walks occasionally, you are in fact an athlete. And, as such, we treat you like one. Athletes are known for undergoing extensive injury-prevention and strength programs specific to their sport to optimize movement and performance. While everyone may not consider themselves an athlete, I believe everyone should train like one. The sport we all play is called “life,” and it has a way of throwing unpredictable movement challenges our way. And whether you’re a seasoned athlete or someone who prefers a more leisurely lifestyle, injuries have a way of creeping their way into your life.

Our approach to personal training is unique. We balance three core principles: mobility, stability, and strength. We need all three for safe and effective movement as you continue or begin your fitness journey. Personal training should be personal, which is why each client undergoes a complimentary screening process to determine what is best for that individual.

These blogs are designed to arm you with the knowledge to improve your wellbeing and fitness with an open-book approach. Blogs will cover various topics about how to optimize biomechanics, improve mobility, prevent common injuries, build strength, and so much more.

My name is Ethan, and I founded this company to deliver a holistic and unmatched approach to personal training and fitness.

A healthy man wants a thousand things, a sick man only one.
