30-Minute Mobility Overhaul
Note: This option requires purchase of another session. Sometimes we can’t fit everything into a personal training session, which is why we developed this optional “add on” to existing training sessions. The Mobility Overhaul is a 30-minute session focused on improving range of motion and overall joint function. This session includes range of motion & postural assessments, strength & stability exercises, guided percussive therapy, stretching, and movement coaching, ideal after a training session. This option is a helpful addition for those struggling with movement restrictions and joint pain that require some extra attention outside of general fitness. If you select this session, it will add a 30-minute extension to your existing session. All activities performed in previous sessions are documented and used to plan future sessions.
